bulletThe Harbour House Museum -The Harbour House Museum - It was built in 1900 for the Harbour family by Fred Floodstrand, a master mason and bricklayer, the house was constructed with cement blocks and designed in the "steamboat" style of architecture with wraparound twin porches.  The Harbour House Museum is a "hands-on" museum where many activities take place during the summer season.  The Harbour House Museum is open from the first Tuesday in June through the last Saturday in August.  There is a modest admission charge..
 
bulletCrystal TheatreCrystal Theatre - In 1988, a group of dedicated volunteers began restoring the former Ejay movie theater, built in 1927, to its former elegance.   In July, 1991, the "new" Crystal Theatre reopened its doors as a magnificent performing arts center hosting live performances on a regular basis. Seating over 500 people, the Crystal Theatre is now an excellent facility for enjoying everything from a performance of your favorite dramatic production to an organ concert on its impressive Moeller Theater Pipe Organ.

bulletCrystal Falls Contemporary Center - The Contemporary Center is Crystal Falls' community arts center.  It is at the center of many planned activities for youth and adults.  You can partake in art classes, garden workshops, teen dances and open game nights to name a few.  CLICK HERE to find out more.  Your can also call the Center's director, Maureen Elson, at (906) 875-4595.
     
bulletIron County Museum - The Iron County Museum Park and Museum complex is located in Caspian, Michigan.  The main building is the former Engine House of the Caspian Mine with over 100 exhibits including unique mining dioramas, a miniature working mine, and the largest miniature logging display in the world, 80 feet long with over 2000 pieces.  The 20 buildings in the museum park consist of a 1921 mining head frame on the National Register, the 1890 Stager depot, the 1890 log barns, a pioneer log cabin, a 2-story homestead log house, a sauna, a 1920 logging camp, a sleigh barn and a homestead cabin used as a nature center.   An 1896 school and the 1890 home of Carrie Jacobs-Bond, composer of "I Love You Truly" and "Perfect Day," are restored and furnished.  A Cultural Center seating 500 and the LeBlanc Wildlife Art Gallery are part of the main building.  June - August open daily 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday 1 a.m. - 5 p.m., May and September daily 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.   Other months by appointment.  For schedules phone 906-265-2617. 
  
bulletPine Mountain Music FestivalPine Mountain Music Festival - The Pine Mountain Music Festival unites musicians and audiences for a month of being transported -- by music.  The PMMF presents well-established and emerging young artists who all have a passion for excellence.  The level of artistry is outstanding.  The choice of music is fantastic.  Held throughout the region are events such as:  Folk/Bluegrass concerts, Symphony concerts, 20th Century Chamber Music concerts, Stage Hits, etc.

Crystal Falls is centrally located to the performances, which are held throughout the Central/Western Upper Peninsula.
