ORDINANCE AMENDING

ORDINANCE NO. 1.04

Ordinance Number 1.04 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Crystal Falls, state of Michigan, on April 27, 1979;

An amendment to the ordinance is necessary and in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Crystal Falls in order to establish a Tax Increment Finance District and Plan.

NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF CRYSTAL FALLS HEREBY ORDAINS:

Ordinance Number 1.04 is hereby amended as follows:

The City Council of the City of Crystal Falls is granted the authority to adopt a Tax Increment Finance Plan including the establishment of a Tax Increment Finance District with said plan to be developed and presented to the City Council by the Downtown Development Authority. The adoption of said plan and district and any amendments thereto shall comply with the provisions of Public Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This amended ordinance shall become effective in the City of Crystal Falls following the adoption by the City Council and upon publication.
